Custom WhatsApp AI Automation · Dubai

I build custom WhatsApp AI systems that turn customer conversations into automated business growth.

Automate customer support, lead qualification, bookings, orders, follow-ups, and repetitive inquiries — with a system designed around your business, not a generic chatbot.

Every finding, clicked through by hand

Automated scanners flag dozens of false positives — broken links that aren't broken, security-header noise, non-issues. I discard those and keep only what survives a direct check on the live page.

02 / Proof first

You see the audit before any pitch

I don't open with a sales call. I open with a report showing exactly what's costing you visibility, bookings, or trust — so you can judge the work before you judge the offer.

03 / Bilingual

Built for Dubai's actual market

English and Arabic, Western and MENA audiences. A hospitality background means I read a business the way a customer does — where the friction actually is, not where a checklist says to look.

Custom-built for your business

More than a chatbot. An AI-powered customer workflow inside WhatsApp.

Each system is trained around your products, services, FAQs, brand voice, customer journey, and operational rules.

  • Scoped to real business problems
Customer conversations should create faster service, better leads, and scalable growth.

Most automation fails when technology is added before the business workflow is understood — a checklist run against your domain, a generic report, a pitch that follows no matter what the report says. I work differently: every recommendation I make traces back to something I personally verified on your live site, your Google Business Profile, or your analytics.

That means I also throw things out. A tool flags a "broken link" that isn't broken, a "missing schema" that's actually present — I check, and if it doesn't hold up, it doesn't make the report. What's left is smaller, but it's real, and it's tied to something specific: a lost booking, a missed search, a visitor who left with a question your site should have answered.

My background is in hospitality and customer-facing operations. Years of reading what a customer actually needs in the moment — before they say it — is the same instinct I now apply to a homepage, a booking flow, or a contact form. The channel changed. The job didn't.

What I build

AI automation solutions

Custom systems designed around the conversations, repetitive tasks, and customer journeys that matter to your business.

01

Custom WhatsApp AI System

A business-specific AI assistant that answers questions, understands intent, captures customer details, and guides each conversation toward the right outcome.

02

Customer Support Automation

Give customers fast, consistent answers 24/7 while reducing repetitive workload for your team and escalating conversations when a human is needed.

03

Lead, Booking & Order Automation

Qualify leads, collect requirements, support bookings or orders, trigger follow-ups, and connect customer conversations to your business workflow.

04

Google Business Profile Audit

Hours, categories, photos, and consistency checked against your website and the searches you should be winning.

05

Reputation Audit

Reviews, ratings, and trust signals across platforms — and how well (or poorly) that reputation is surfaced on your own site.

06

UX & CRO Audit

Where visitors actually drop off — booking flows, forms, and funnels — diagnosed from real analytics where available, not assumption.

07

Implementation Roadmap

Findings converted into a phased plan: quick wins first, structural fixes next, strategic growth last — ranked by return on effort.

08

SEO Copywriting

English and Arabic content built around the keywords and pages your audit shows are actually worth writing for.

09

Website Content Optimization

Rewriting existing pages — meta data, headings, on-page copy — to close the specific gaps the audit identified.

How it works

Process

A fixed sequence, because skipping a step is exactly how automated tools produce reports full of false positives.

01

Business discovery

Understand what the business actually sells, to whom, and how a customer is meant to move from finding the site to booking or buying.

02

Website review

A full click-through of the live site — every nav item, every form, every CTA — not just a scan of URLs and link text.

03

Technical audit

Meta data, headings, schema, performance, and crawlability checked against the live page source.

04

User experience review

Booking flows, forms, and navigation tested the way an actual customer would use them.

05

Local search review

Google Business Profile checked for accuracy and consistency against the website and live search results.

06

AI visibility analysis

Direct queries run against AI tools to see how — or whether — the business is surfaced.

07

Opportunity identification

Every finding checked twice before it earns a place in the report; false positives discarded.

08

Prioritised action plan

Findings ranked by impact-to-effort, so the highest-return fixes are always listed first.

09

Implementation support

Optional, scoped only after the audit — copywriting, content optimization, or hands-on fixes.

10

Performance monitoring

Checking whether the fixes held — hours still match, forms still work, rankings still move in the right direction.

Supporting experience

Business problems I have identified

Independent, self-directed audits completed across Dubai and abroad — each finding verified by hand against the live site, Google Business Profile, or shared analytics. No implementation has been contracted for these businesses; what follows are the findings and the roadmap, not claimed results.

Cafe & lounge · Dubai Marina

La Letizia Dubai Marina

2.8/ 10

An 18-point digital presence audit that found the business operating on a foreign corporate domain, invisible in local search, and with no way for a customer to book online.

View full audit breakdown
Business overview
A shisha lounge and cafe on Dubai Marina competing for tourist and resident discovery in a dense F&B corridor.
Audit scope
18-point digital presence review — domain ownership, on-page SEO, local search visibility, and booking infrastructure.
Problems found
The site lives at a Japanese B2B firm's URL (mds-fund.com/ll), with untranslated Japanese navigation and CTAs visible to every visitor. It does not appear in Google for "luxury shisha Dubai Marina" or comparable searches. There is no reservation form, no booking widget, and the only contact form routes to the Japanese B2B sales platform.
Business impact
Estimated 200–400 potential visitors per month searching for this exact experience are finding competitors instead, with effectively zero revenue attributable to Google organic search.
Recommended solutions
Short term: claim and optimise the Google Business Profile, remove the Japanese navigation, set up a structured WhatsApp booking flow. Medium term: register a dedicated domain and build a proper multi-page site. Long term: a full local SEO and content strategy, review acquisition, and listings on Zomato, TripAdvisor, and OpenTable.
Expected results
Not yet engaged — this audit has been shared with the business; no implementation has taken place.
Dental & aesthetic clinic · JLT, Dubai

Infinity Aesthetic & Dental Center

55/ 100

Genuine local SEO investment — six neighbourhood-targeted blog posts — with no conversion infrastructure built to capture the traffic it earns.

View full audit breakdown
Business overview
An established dental and aesthetic clinic in JLT (est. 2009) targeting tech-savvy expat professionals across nearby neighbourhoods.
Audit scope
SEO, content, UX, and conversion — five findings verified directly against the live site.
Problems found
All nine booking CTAs sitewide route to the same static form with no live calendar. Six hyper-local blog posts (targeting JBR, Dubai Marina, The Greens, and more) generate qualified search traffic with no paired landing page to convert it. No treatment page carries reviews or before/after imagery, despite a 4.9-star, 338-review aggregate. Meta descriptions are absent across all checked pages. The homepage states both "Monday–Sunday" and "Saturday Off" in the same block.
Business impact
The clinic's SEO strategy is genuinely working — it earns the traffic. The booking and content-conversion gap means that traffic doesn't consistently turn into confirmed appointments.
Recommended solutions
Fix the opening-hours contradiction and write meta descriptions (both under two hours of work). Add WhatsApp direct-booking links to blog CTAs. Build one paired landing page for the highest-performing post as a test case. Replace the static callback form with real-time scheduling.
Expected results
Not yet engaged — findings shared as a self-directed audit; no implementation has taken place.
French brasserie · Business Bay, Dubai

Couqley Downtown Dubai

5.2/ 10

Strong press credibility — 21 features across TimeOut, What's On, and Khaleej Times — going almost entirely unused on the site itself.

View full audit breakdown
Business overview
A French brasserie inside the Pullman Hotel, Business Bay, with a distinct steak-frites-and-wine concept and a genuine weekly events calendar.
Audit scope
SEO, content quality, blog strategy, missing pages, CTA effectiveness, technical health, social and reputation, and Google Business Profile.
Problems found
Meta descriptions are missing on every page. The homepage H1 reads "Welcome to Couqley" — no keyword value. The menu is entirely image-based, so no dish or price is indexable by Google. The Reservations page has no actual booking widget — every "Reserve" CTA leads back to a page with no way to complete a booking. Business hours appear nowhere on the site.
Business impact
21 press features are the site's strongest trust asset, and none are surfaced on the homepage. The reservation flow sends every ready-to-book visitor into a dead end, forcing a phone call or WhatsApp message they may not complete.
Recommended solutions
Quick wins: meta descriptions, a rewritten H1, business hours, and an "As Featured In" press section — all completable within a week. Medium term: an online reservation widget (SevenRooms or OpenTable), Restaurant and LocalBusiness schema, and a text-based menu. Strategic: a content blog turning existing press coverage into owned search traffic.
Expected results
Not yet engaged — this audit was completed as independent practice; no implementation has taken place.
Water sports & tourism · Jumeirah Beach, Dubai

Fun Beach Water Sports

5/ 10

Twenty-seven years of real operating history, buried under generic copy and an activities page with no descriptions or prices.

View full audit breakdown
Business overview
A Jumeirah Beach water sports operator running since 1998 — jet ski, jet car, flyboarding, and parasailing — next to Burj Al Arab.
Audit scope
On-page SEO, content quality, blog strategy, missing pages, CTA effectiveness, and technical health.
Problems found
Meta descriptions are missing on the homepage, About, Our Rides, and Contact pages. Operating hours conflict between two sections of the homepage (7:00am vs 7:30am). The Our Rides page lists four activities with zero descriptions and zero prices. Every blog post is attributed to a raw email address instead of an author name, which damages Google's trust signals for the content. No schema markup exists anywhere on the site.
Business impact
The business's real differentiators — 27 years of operating history, free professional photos with every booking — are mentioned once and buried, while the page that should convert a browsing tourist into a booking (Our Rides) gives them nothing to decide with.
Recommended solutions
Quick wins: meta descriptions, fixed author bylines, a consistent operating-hours statement, and visible pricing on the homepage. Medium term: LocalBusiness and FAQPage schema, individual activity pages with pricing tiers. Strategic: a gallery showcasing the free-photo offering and a real-time booking system.
Expected results
Not yet engaged — findings shared as a self-directed audit; no implementation has taken place.
Aesthetic clinic · Dubai Media City

Lelara Aesthetic Clinic

57/ 100

A premium-positioned clinic with three competing H1 tags on its homepage — one of which simply reads "Lelara."

View full audit breakdown
Business overview
A DHA-certified aesthetic clinic in Dubai Media City offering injectables, laser, and skin treatments priced from AED 1,600–3,500 per session.
Audit scope
SEO, content, UX, conversion, and technical — five findings ranked by business impact.
Problems found
No page on the site has a manually written meta description. The homepage carries three separate H1 tags, diluting the ranking signal for its primary keyword. There is no free-consultation offer or lead capture — every visitor is routed straight to WhatsApp or a third-party booking portal with no low-commitment entry point. A homepage heading reads "mODERN dEVICES," an inconsistent-capitalisation error visible to every visitor. No schema markup is implemented.
Business impact
Most visitors to an aesthetic clinic site are in the research phase; without an email or lead-capture mechanism, the large majority leave with no way to be followed up with. The formatting error directly undercuts a premium price point.
Recommended solutions
Fix the H1 hierarchy and correct the capitalisation error (both same-day fixes). Add a "Free Skin Consultation" lead form above the fold. Write meta descriptions for the six highest-traffic pages. Implement LocalBusiness and MedicalClinic schema.
Expected results
Not yet engaged — this audit was completed as independent practice; no implementation has taken place.
Chess academy & coaching · Houston, USA (Upwork)

Azeri Chess Academy

GA4funnel diagnosis

The client's own analytics showed 30 visitors reaching the booking calendar and only 2 completing it. The problem wasn't traffic — it was the calendar itself.

View full audit breakdown
Business overview
A chess coaching academy run by a Grandmaster, offering private and group lessons to junior players and their parents.
Audit scope
Conversion and booking-funnel diagnosis using the client's own shared GA4 data, alongside an on-page SEO and performance audit — prepared as an Upwork proposal.
Problems found
Shared analytics showed roughly 30 visitors reaching the Calendly booking page, but only around 7 selecting a day and just 2 reaching a time — friction at the calendar itself, not a traffic shortage. Two coaches used Calendly while a third used Google Calendar, adding inconsistency. Page copy addressed the student rather than the parent who typically pays. Nine key pages, including the homepage, had no true H1 in the code. Mobile PageSpeed scored 69 against 99 on desktop.
Business impact
Using the client's own funnel data reframed the problem from "not enough traffic" to "friction at the exact moment of booking" — a materially different, and cheaper, fix.
Recommended solutions
Unify booking onto a single calendar system across all coaches. Add parent-facing reassurance near every booking action. Fix missing H1s and thin content on revenue pages. Prioritise mobile performance, since most parents search on a phone.
Expected results
Proposal submitted via Upwork; not yet engaged as a paid client. This is the diagnosis exactly as presented in that proposal.

Additional independent audits completed on New Ivory Dental & Implant Clinic, Sumi Skin (3 locations), Paramount Dental Clinic, and Laven Clinic Group — available on request.

About

Joseph Saliba spent years in hospitality leadership across Sweden and Dubai before moving into AI automation, digital systems, and business-growth consulting.

Working directly with guests taught him something most marketing checklists miss: businesses rarely lose customers because of one big mistake. They lose them through dozens of small points of friction — a form that doesn't work, a listed hour that's wrong, a menu Google can't read.

Today he applies that same customer-first instinct to custom WhatsApp AI systems—mapping conversations, automating repetitive work, qualifying leads, supporting bookings and orders, and connecting customer needs to practical business workflows.

Why work with me

What you're actually getting

A report you can act on, not defend

Every finding survived a manual check. If it's in the report, it's real — you won't need to verify my verification.

No pitch attached to the first conversation

You see the audit first. If you want help after that, we talk. If you don't, you still keep the report.

Bilingual by default

English and Arabic content and analysis, built for a market that genuinely operates in both.

Priorities ranked by return, not alphabetically

Findings are ordered by impact-to-effort — quick wins first, structural work next, strategic growth last.

Questions

FAQ

What does "proof first, pitch never" actually mean?

You receive a real, verified audit of your website before I ever propose paid work. No sales call comes first. If the findings are useful on their own, that's fine — there's no obligation to hire me afterward.

How is this different from an automated SEO report?

Automated tools flag anything that pattern-matches an issue — including things that aren't actually broken. I click through the live site, the Google Business Profile, and the analytics myself, and I discard anything that doesn't hold up. What's left is smaller, but every line is real.

Do you work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes — audits, copywriting, and analysis are available in both English and Arabic, for businesses targeting Western, MENA, or mixed audiences.

What industries do you typically work with?

Mostly restaurants, clinics, aesthetics, and local service businesses in Dubai — anywhere a customer's decision to book depends on trust signals a website either delivers or fails to.

What happens after the audit?

Nothing is scoped until you've seen the findings. If you want help implementing fixes, we discuss scope and pricing based specifically on what the audit surfaced — not a fixed package.

Most websites don't need a rebuild. They need someone to actually click through them and tell the truth about what's found — before asking for anything in return.
